Stephanie joined Peggy L. Stevens Law Office in the fall of 2009 and practices almost exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability law. She strongly believes in personalized, zealous representation for all of her disabled clients.
Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Gustavus Adolphus College, graduating summa cum laude. She obtained her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, graduating cum laude. She is admitted to the Minnesota Bar and to the United States District for the District of Minnesota.
While in law school, Stephanie volunteered over 400 hours of pro bono legal services to indigent clients. She was awarded a significant Merit Scholarship, position as Editor on the William Mitchell Law Review, and Deans List. She was actively involved with the Minnesota Justice Foundation and the President of the WMCL American Civil Liberties Union. Stephanie’s experiences with indigent clients and background in psychology have provided her with a strong foundation for litigating Social Security Disability cases.
